With over two decades of experience in Real Estate, Zela is a Real Estate Investor, Salesperson and Ground Up-Developer. It’s safe to say she loves Real Estate and loves helping other’s to realize their own financial gains in Real Estate. Overseeing 50 million in Development in San Diego alone.
Zela, started out in a Boutique Interior Design office in San Juan Capistrano, California. Her lead role was assisting the President and Later on, her partner began to Build Multi-Family Apartments in San Diego after years of flipping.
Zela has en eye for deals ands details- she understands the complexity of development-from permitting, zoning, and the hard work that goes into any deal.
She dedicates her time for First Time Buyer’s with The Avenue Home Collective and The Jospeh Realty Team. Truly, nothing gets Zela more excited than seeing people seize the opportunity of being a Home owner and all the benefits of this reality.
Zela is often Networking with realtors in order to bring her client’s off Market Deals-these properties are more exclusive for the buyers as they are not on the Multiple Listing Site. She is always on top of the Market- a service that brings her clients lot’s of value, many times over.
